PWM CONVERTER
In
our day to day life we come across thousands of electrical devices. But have we
ever wondered if all of them work on the same type of currents? The answer is
‘NO’ and to feed each and every type of device according to its need we need to
have a convertor that can change the electrical energy from one form to
another.
The
project mainly deals with the conversion of electrical energy from one form to
another as per our requirements.As the name suggests there are three major
components of the project that are the rectifier (ac-dc convertor) the inverter
(dc-ac convertor) and the PWM (pulse width modulator).
In this project we have to simulate the circuit using MATLAB
software.This convertor can be an important tool for any other device which
works at its optimum capacity only when the current supplied to it is in form
of a dc or if it requires any change in its width of each pulse.Download Report
